Aspandiyar Nurimanov is an Data Scientist with extensive experience across consulting, finance, mining, and AI startup industries. He holds a Master of Science in Applied Data Science from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and a dual degree in Economics and Finance from Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU) and University of London (UoL), LSE track.
In April 2024, Aspandiyar joined the Institute of Smart Systems and Artificial Intelligence (ISSAI), where he is actively involved in a national project to develop a multilingual large language model, KAZ-LLM. His work focuses on AI research, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation, NLP, and deep learning.
