On April 8th, postdoctoral researcher Azamat Yeshmukhametov from the Institute of Smart Systems and Artificial Intelligence (ISSAI) and Prof. Gulnur Kalimuldina from the NU Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department of School of Engineering and Digital Science (SEDS) with other researchers from the ARMS laboratories at ISSAI, were invited to the “Oyan” program on the Khabar TV channel. They presented three projects to the audience that were created in a collaboration.
During the program, they showcased robots on Stewart’s platform aimed at stabilizing balance, nanogenerator projects designed to identify human flat feet through artificial intelligence, and the development and design of a prosthesis with tactile sensors that enable people to recognize different shapes.
The audience showed great interest in these developments and acknowledged the potential benefits to society from such projects.
