Alaidar Amirseiit received his BA and MA degrees in the field of Political Science and International Relations from Nazarbayev University. The topic of his MA thesis is “Cyberattacks as alternatives to war and acts of war.” Furthermore, Alaidar Amirseiit attended a course on the application of International Law on Cyber Operations organized by NATO CCDCOE.
Currently, Alaidar Amirseiit serves as a government relations manager at the Institute of Smart Systems and Artificial Intelligence, at Nazarbayev University.
His research interests include digital rights, issues regarding cybersecurity policies, and ethics of cyber war.
