ISSAI and Damumed Presented an AI-Powered Voice Assistant to Help Physicians Reduce Administrative Burden

On June 16, the Institute of Smart Systems and Artificial Intelligence (ISSAI) and Damumed Group of Companies presented a prototype of an AI-powered voice assistant for physicians during the international conference “Healthcare of Kazakhstan: Development in the Face of New Challenges. Evidence-Based Medicine in the Practice of Family Physicians.”

The innovative solution is designed to simplify and accelerate the documentation process during medical consultations. Using ISSAI’s domestic artificial intelligence models, Oylan and Mangisoz, the voice assistant analyzes conversations between physicians and patients in real time and automatically generates structured medical records of the appointment.

The introduction of this technology has the potential to significantly reduce the administrative burden associated with medical documentation, enabling healthcare professionals to devote more attention to patient care and communication during consultations.
