On April 10th, ISSAI data scientist Aknur Karabay delivered a presentation titled “Ethical Aspects of Generative AI” as part of the Professional Development Program for Nazarbayev University staff. The presentation provided a basic introduction to artificial intelligence, illustrating the importance of data in building AI models and its subsequent usage. Additionally, Aknur explained the data leakage and other potential issues that people should be aware of while using open-source Generative AI models. The final points also covered the sustainability aspects of developing AI models and data storages.
