On April 1, 2025, Nazarbayev University leaders, including Executive Vice President Aslan Sarinzhipov, Chief Information Officer Askar Boranbayev, and Head of the Corporate Fund Social Development Fund, Sayat Nyussupov, visited ISSAI to learn about the Mangitas 01 Inference Server.
Government Relations Manager Alaidar Amirseiit introduced ISSAI’s mission, while Data Scientist Mamyrbek Parakhat demonstrated how Mangitas 01 powers the Soyle APP for speech recognition and translation.
Mangitas 01 is ISSAI’s first hardware product, capable of running its foundational speech model Soyle to deliver high-performance speech recognition, translation, and speech generation. It is built using commercial off-the-shelf components that are tuned to work in a seamless connection.
Mangitas 01 is capable of processing 500 pages per minute and 20-minute audio per minute, with a load of 200 requests running simultaneously. Additionally, the inference server is designed to run on a local closed network, ensuring the security of customer data.
Mangitas 01 was developed to address Kazakhstan’s AI infrastructure challenges by enabling efficient deployment of AI language models like Soyle. Built using commercial components, it offers high-performance speech and language processing in Kazakh, Russian, English, and Turkish.
Discussions are ongoing about integrating Mangitas 01 at Nazarbayev University, with potential expansion to other organizations. ISSAI looks forward to furthering AI development in Kazakhstan through such partnerships.
