On 19 September 2025, the “JastarX” dialogue platform took place at the Center for Supporting Digital Government in Astana. The event, organized by the “El Jastary” Scientific-research Center, was dedicated to the pressing issues of digitalization and artificial intelligence in Kazakhstan.
The dialogue gathered key experts and practitioners from academia, government, and the technology sector to exchange views on how AI can shape education, governance, and human capital development in the country.
Yerbol Absalyamov, Executive Director of ISSAI, participated in the discussion and shared ISSAI’s perspective on the role of artificial intelligence in strengthening Kazakhstan’s human capital. He highlighted how AI models can contribute to the popularization of the Kazakh language, support inclusive digital transformation, and create new opportunities for young professionals in the technology sector.
Through its active engagement, ISSAI reaffirmed its commitment to advancing AI research and product development in Kazakhstan, while nurturing the next generation of specialists who will drive the country’s digital future.
