From 3 to 5 December 2025, Amina Baikenova, Acting Deputy Director of Product and External Affairs at ISSAI, participated in the Aqtobe Investment Forum 2025, hosted by the Akimat of Aqtobe. The forum brought together government representatives, investors, and business leaders, including Askat Shakharov, Akim of Aqtobe Region, and international figures such as Andrea Baher, Ambassador of Austria, to explore the region’s investment potential and opportunities for technological and industrial development.
During the event, Amina Baikenova engaged in discussions with key stakeholders, including Zarina Asanova, Director of Aqtobe Hub, Saken Nurtazaev, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on AI & Innovation Development, and Anarbek Utegulov, Director of Industry 4.0 Office at Astana Hub, gaining insights into regional priorities and exploring opportunities for collaboration in AI, digitalization, and smart systems. On 5 December, she attended the Industry Sector track, including a tour of major manufacturing facilities in Aktobe, which highlighted areas where AI and smart technologies could enhance efficiency.
Participation in the Aqtobe Investment Forum reinforced ISSAI’s strategic engagement with regional stakeholders, confirmed strong interest in applied AI solutions, and provided important insights to guide the development and application of AI in Kazakhstan’s industrial and digital sectors.
