Health Care – Automatic Brain Tumor Segmentation

Gliomas are the most frequent primary brain tumors in adults. We developed a deep learning-based brain tumor segmentation tool using data from Nur-Sultan City hospitals. Our fully automated method with high reliability, accurate and reproducible predictions of the tumor substructures. The method aggregates the collective experience of all cases and thereby improves the overall accuracy of diagnostics that might be otherwise be impacted by limited individual experience, human factors, or work environment.
