Job Description:
Senior Data Scientist performs the following duties and responsibilities:
• Utilization of specified machine learning and deep learning models;
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and researchers to deliver impactful AI projects;
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, encouraging the team to explore new methodologies and technologies;
• Oversee the development and deployment of scalable machine learning models and algorithms;
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and model evaluation to direct research efforts;
• Author and contribute to research publications, presenting findings at conferences and workshops;
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions with domain-specific knowledge;
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively;
• Partner with external organizations, universities, or consortia to drive collaborative research projects;
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, incorporating relevant technologies and methodologies;
• Put machine learning and deep algorithms into practice;
• Provide reports about model performances;
• Transfer knowledge including practical skills, methods and techniques;

• Promote and market the work of the Institute in the subject area both nationally and internationally;

Qualifications:
Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction;
Preferably PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine learning or equivalent.

No less than 5 years of professional experience.

Job Description:
Data Scientist performs the following duties and responsibilities:
1) data collection, cleaning and pre-processing;
2) closely work/consult Faculty of NU on AI related projects;
2) implement deep-learning based models;
3) model evaluation and assessment;
4) collect requests from the industrial sector to create models;
5) implement algorithms given in pseudo-code using machine/deep learning frameworks including Tensorflow and Pytorch;
6) perform necessary debugging;
7) unit test, numerical accuracy and performance verification of model;
8) build tools and systems to automate the training and analysis of deep learning models;
9) tuning existing machine learning and deep learning models when needed;
10) timely and properly execution of tasks of the Head and the Institute’s management;
11) observe the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Employer’s internal documents;
12) responsible for exercising the labor and performance discipline;
13) responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, and prevention of the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as information of restricted access in accordance with the legislation, Charter and internal documents of the Employer;

Job Description:
Accountant performs the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Participates in presentation of the report on the execution of the annual budget for the past period and in submitting them for consideration by the relevant governing bodies of the Institution within the supervised direction;
2. Participates in the work on the preparation and review of cost calculations for the works and services performed by the Institution, in accordance with internal documents and on the instructions of the higher management within the supervised direction;
3. Prepares analytical reports, reports and presentation materials on behalf of the top management within the supervised direction;
4. Conducts an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the Institution in accordance with internal documents and on behalf of the higher management;
5. Participates in the development of the methodology of the Institution, as well as other regulatory and organizational documents on issues within the competence of the Office;
6. Participates in the development and improvement of reference, analytical and normative information, which is used in the processing of data within the supervised area;
7. Keeps correspondence within his or her duties;
8. Provides practical assistance to the employees of the company’s departments on issues under their supervision;
9. Provides assistance to the Head in the operational management and coordination of the work of the Institution on tax accounting;
10. Keeps records of the institution’s fixed assets and intangible assets; ensures record keeping of the movement of tangible assets;
11. Timely calculates taxes in the area of responsibility;
