The Manager of Government Relations will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships
between ISSAI and government agencies. This position requires conducting technical and non-technical meetings, preparing information about ISSAI’s projects, and representing the institute at public events.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in Kazakh, Russian, and English, along with a solid understanding of IT products and project management. A degree in IT, computer science, or engineering is essential, along with experience in government relations, product management, and networking. This role is pivotal in ensuring that ISSAI’s mission aligns with governmental policies and initiatives.
Job duties:
1. Conducting technical and non-technical meetings with government officials and stakeholders to discuss ISSAI’s initiatives and projects.
2. Preparing comprehensive technical and non-technical information about ISSAI, including ongoing research projects and products, tailored for various audiences.
3. Communicating effectively in Kazakh, Russian, and English to facilitate discussions and presentations.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders to promote ISSAI’s mission and objectives.
5. Monitoring and analyzing relevant government policies and regulations to inform ISSAI’s strategic decisions.
6. Representing ISSAI at governmental and public events to advocate for the institute’s interests.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including computer engineers, data scientists, software engineers, administrative staff, and the executive leadership team (general director, deputy director, and executive director), to ensure alignment of government relations activities with overall organizational goals.
Required experience:
1. Educational Background: A degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: Previous experience in government relations, public affairs, or a similar role, preferably within the IT or AI sectors, with a focus on product management.
3. IT Product Background: Experience working with IT products or in technology-focused environments, demonstrating familiarity with product development and innovation.
4. Networking Experience: Proven track record of building relationships with government agencies and stakeholders.
5. Experience: At least 2 years of related experience.

Institute of Smart Systems and Artificial Intelligence is looking for MLOps Engineer.
Responsibility:
– Deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning models in production
environments;
– Working closely with data scientists;
– Ensuring seamless integration of machine learning models into operational
workflows;
– Managing GitHub and Hugging Face repositories (datasets, models, and
spaces).
Required skills and experience:
– At least 2 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps or a related field;
– At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related
field;
– Proficiency in Linux based operating systems;
– Strong understanding of machine learning principles and model lifecycle
management;
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with hands-on
experience in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or
Scikit-learn;
– Experience with working on the Hugging Face platform;
– Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools and version control
systems like Git;
– Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker
