On 2 February 2024, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov and the delegation of the Eurasian Economic Union visited the stand of the Institute of Smart Systems and Artificial Intelligence (ISSAI) at the Digital Almaty forum.
ISSAI Deputy Director Yerbol Absalyamov presented ISSAI projects to the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Alikhan Smailov, and the delegation of the Eurasian Economic Union. The presentation included demonstrations of the neural machine translation model Tilmash, the automatic speech command recognition model Soyle, and the Kazakh text-to-speech 2 engine of ISSAI.
The guests expressed their admiration for ISSAI’s active research work and commended the Institute’s commitment to providing open-access datasets and models that can be utilized by companies and startups in the development of AI products, services, and applications.
